Hipobuy Product Links Organiser: A Simple System for Taobao, 1688, Weidian and Pinduoduo Links

Hipobuy Product Links Organiser: A Simple System for Taobao, 1688, Weidian and Pinduoduo Links

Saved links are only useful if you can find them, trust them and turn them into an order. This guide shows a simple system for Hipobuy product links from every marketplace, so your list of finds becomes a ready-made parcel plan instead of a pile of forgotten tabs. For worked product examples, see the case studies on the Hipobuy Spreadsheet homepage.

What a Hipobuy Product Link Is

A Hipobuy product link is a page on Hipobuy that shows a listing from an original marketplace, translated into English, with prices in your currency and all available options. It contains a reference to the original listing and shows it live, so price and stock are always current. If the seller removes the listing, the link stops working.

Step 1: Convert

For links you find yourself, copy the full listing URL from Taobao, 1688, Weidian or Pinduoduo, paste it into the Hipobuy search bar and let the product page open. Links shared from apps often arrive wrapped in text; keep only the web address. Remove tracking parameters if conversion fails. Agent support for marketplaces can change, so if a link will not open, look for a similar row in the spreadsheet.

Step 2: Check

  1. The page loads.
  2. The photos match.
  3. Your size and color can be selected.
  4. A size chart or specifications exist.
  5. The price makes sense for your quantity.

Step 3: Track

A simple table is all you need. Use one row per item:

Column Example
Link The clean Hipobuy product link
Source 1688
Category T-Shirts
Size and color L, navy stripe
Weight Light
Status Saved / ordered / in warehouse / shipped
Note Check tier for 3 pieces

The source column reminds you what to double-check: tiers on 1688, store consistency on Weidian, the link check on Pinduoduo and the chart in the detail images on Taobao.

Step 4: Review Weekly

Once a week, spend ten minutes on the table. Remove dead links, update prices, add replacements and mark anything you no longer want. Then look at the weight column: one heavy item and several light ones is a balanced parcel; two heavy items may need splitting.

Step 5: Turn the List Into an Order

When you are ready to buy, re-check every link, since promotions end and stock changes. Order the slowest items first, usually Weidian batch pieces or factory items with processing times. Add a short note to each item in the remarks box. Update the status column as items arrive and pass QC.

Why a Table Beats Bookmarks

Browser bookmarks and screenshots scatter information. A table keeps everything you need for a decision in one row: where the item comes from, what size you chose, how heavy it is and where it is in the process. It also shows patterns at a glance, such as too many heavy items, several pieces from one seller that could share domestic delivery, or a category you keep adding but never ordering.

Group by Category

Sorting rows by category, Shoes, Hoodies/Sweaters, T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants/Shorts, Headwear, Accessories and Other Stuff, makes it easy to see whether your planned items form complete outfits.

An Example Week With the Table

On Monday, you add a pair of boots from a Taobao store, a knit sweater from a Weidian shop and two beanies from a 1688 factory, each with source, size, weight and status. On Thursday, during your weekly review, you notice the Weidian sweater mentions a batch processing time, so you mark it to order first. You also see that the 1688 listing gives a better price for three beanies, so you add a third color. The following Monday, you order everything, starting with the sweater, and update the status column. As QC photos arrive, you mark each item approved. When all four show “in warehouse”, you know the parcel is ready to build.

The table took a few minutes to keep up to date, and it removed all the guesswork from the order.

Links to Avoid

Skip links that open a different product, listings reusing one photo across many items, shortened links from unknown sources and any page asking you to log in somewhere unfamiliar. Use the official Hipobuy site only.

Keeping the List Short

A list of eight to twelve items is far more useful than fifty. If something has sat in the table for weeks without making it into an order, remove it. Short lists are easier to review, easier to balance by weight and much more likely to become a parcel you are happy with.

Sharing the Table

For group orders, share the table instead of screenshots. Add a “buyer” column, agree who checks which QC photos and split shipping by weight.

Next Steps
